Our five-step consulting process
1. Discovery meeting
We conduct a discovery interview. This helps us identify the challenges you face in achieving all that is important to you. We thoroughly analyze your profile which includes information about your values, objectives, relationships, assets, advisors, interests, etc.
2. Drawing up your investment plan
We present our diagnostic of your current situation and our recommendations to help your reach your objectives. Your investment plan is the foundation of our business relationship.
3. Mutual commitment meeting
If you believe that we can add substantial value to your portfolio and provide answers to the challenges you face, we are ready to commit to working together to achieve all that is important for you and your family. You receive and approve an investment policy document that precisely reflects your needs. We then start to manage your portfolio.
4. First follow-up meeting (45 days)
Being confronted with a large amount of documents can be intimidating. The purpose of this meeting is to explain and help you organize the paperwork you have received. At the same time, we present an interim report on the implementation of your portfolio, answer any questions you may have and confirm that we are on the right track.
5. Second follow-up meeting
This meeting provides us with an opportunity to review your portfolio and comment on the implementation phase. We present a financial plan that is appropriate for your situation, and we update our recommendations.
